States Right

States Power !

The states right gives us the right and powers held by individual US states rather than by federal government.  When the Bill of rights wad added, the 10th Amendment was for every star to have at least some power. The appeal to states rights is the most potent symbols of the American Civil War.

Some people think by giving the states some power then the federal government won't have to much power over us. One of today's news related to this is the US Constitution might have a problem with merging church and state on the federal level, but two lawmakers in North Carolina say that they shouldn't apply to their state or any others.
